Lauren won her second
consecutive Grand National Championship in
Female Triple Unders in 2005. In doing so, she
defeated the reigning world jump rope champion
who also held the world record in female triple
unders. Lauren's freestyle routine at the USAJRF national championship was good enough to qualify her to compete in the Grand National finals at MGM studios in Disney World. She placed fourth with this routine.
