Lauren won her third Grand National Championship
trophy as part of a double dutch pairs speed
team. A double dutch pairs speed team consists
of two turners and two jumpers. Each jumper
takes a one-minute turn. Lauren's team tallied
826 jumps in two minutes (including the time
taken during the switch). That equates to an
average of just under seven jumps per second.
Lauren is the first jumper in the double dutch
competition. Lauren also placed second in triple unders at the 2006 Grand National tournament. She received a plaque for second place.
